With years of home care experience, Aspen Home Health Care understands how important it is for people to stay in their homes. The challenges of everyday living get beyond even the most independent-minded people. Providing personal care services with Home Health Aides is an important ingredient in allowing people to stay in their homes. And when skilled care is required we provide a complete set of services for basic skilled care up to highly complex care.
The only agency that provides complete 24 hour, 7 day per week (24x7) home health care and personal care services in the area, we deliver a wide range of services from highly skilled care to more basic home care needs. Skilled care is provided by experienced Registered Nurses (RN's) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's). We are specialty trained for complex cases including IV therapy and treatment, quadriplegic and other wheelchair bound needs, hospice care, wound management, post-op surgical care, and other complex situations. Personal care and companion services are provided by Certified Nurses Aides (CNA's) and Personal Care Providers (PCP's). We also provide Physical Therapy (PT), Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy (OT), and Massage Therapy as required.
It all starts with a careful review of the situation and continues with an individualized care plan that details the services and outcome required to meet the specific needs of each individual. This plan includes options that make it easier to match the right services to the right needs and meet daily challenges - big and small.
Our caregivers are carefully screened, are experienced and insured. They meet our high standard of quality, because we know how important it is to you and your family.
And, since they are Aspen Home Health Care employees, there is no worry about appropriate skills and certification, taxes, Social Security, or supervision. Each Home Health Aide is supervised by an experienced nurse. We help make independent living at home a possibility for you or the people you care about.
